TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

 1. Introduction

  Welcome to Favor App (“Favor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Favor App is a platform that connects  individuals who need help (“Requesters”) with individuals who offer services (“Helpers” or  “Favor Associates”). 

 By creating an account or using the Favor App platform, you agree to these Terms of  Service. 

 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Favor App.  

2. Favor App Is a Marketplace, Not an Employer

 Favor App is not an employer of Helpers. Helpers provide services as independent  contractors. 

Favor does not: 

 Control a Helper’s work hours 

 Guarantee tasks or income  

 Supervise work  

 Provide tools or equipment 

Requesters are solely responsible for selecting Helpers and negotiating service  requirements.  

3. Eligibility  

To use Favor App, you must: 

  Be at least 18 years old  

 Have the legal right to work as an independent contractor  

 Provide accurate information during signup  

 Agree to the background check process (Helpers only)  

4. User Accounts  

You are responsible for:  

 Maintaining the confidentiality of your login  

 All activity under your account  

 Keeping your information accurate and updated 

 Favor may suspend or remove accounts for violations of policies.  

5. Payments  

Payments are processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Favor App does not  handle cash.  

Requesters set the task price. Helpers choose whether to accept the task at the offered  price. 

Favor may charge platform or service fees.  

6. Background Checks (Helpers) 

All Helpers must complete a background check through a third-party provider.  

Favor does not guarantee the accuracy of background check information.  

7. Cancellation Policy  

Favor reserves the right to implement a cancellation policy for Requesters and Helpers.  

8. Safety 

Users agree to:  

 Follow all local laws and regulations  

 Avoid unsafe or illegal tasks  

 Report unsafe behavior to Favor support  

Favor is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or loss resulting from tasks  performed.  

9. Licensing Responsibilities  

Helpers are responsible for maintaining any required local/state licenses for specialized  services (beauty, grooming, handyman, etc.).  

Favor does not verify licenses unless otherwise stated.  

10. Prohibited Activities  

Users may NOT:  

 Use Favor App for illegal or dangerous tasks  

 Harass or abuse other users  

 Impersonate someone else  

 Misuse the platform for commercial solicitation  

 Attempt to collect data from other users  

11. No Guarantee of Availability  

Favor does not guarantee: 

 Availability of tasks  

 Specific earnings  

 Availability of Helpers  

 App uptime  

12. Termination  

Favor may suspend or terminate accounts for:  

 Fraud  

 Abuse  

 Violations of policies  

 Safety concerns  

 Illegal activity  

13. Limitation of Liability  

Favor is not liable for: 

 User disputes 

 Damages caused by Helpers or Requesters  

 Financial loss   Personal injury or property damage  

 System errors or downtime  

Use of the platform is at your own risk.  

14. Updates to Terms  

Favor may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you  accept the updated Terms.
