 HELPER INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT  

This agreement is between Favor App (“Platform”) and the Helper (“Contractor”).  

1. Relationship  

Helper is an independent contractor, not an employee. 

Helper is responsible for: 

 Their own taxes 

 Transportation 

 Tools or equipment  

 Compliance with laws  

 Insurance  

2. No Guaranteed Tasks  

Favor does not guarantee:  

 Minimum hours  

 Set schedule  

 Specific earnings  

Helpers choose which tasks to accept.  

3. Payments  

Requesters set the job price. 

Favor may charge a platform fee.  

Helper earnings are processed through a third-party payment provider.  

4. Background Check  

Helper must pass a background check to activate their profile.  

5. Licensing  

If Helper provides services requiring a license, Helper agrees they:  

 Possess required licenses  

 Will maintain compliance  

 Hold Favor harmless from legal issues arising from licensing  

6. Conduct Requirements  

Helper agrees to:  

 Be professional  

 Communicate clearly 

  Respect safety policies  

 Complete accepted tasks  

 Avoid illegal activities  

7. Termination  

Favor may deactivate Helper at any time for:  

 Safety risks  

 Misconduct 

 Fraud  

 Repeated cancellations  

 Violation of platform rules
